Ok, Not getting throttle responce after truck get's started. Have to keep working throttle and it acts like it's running on 3 cylinders . Its rocking and rolling. Backfire couple time's from throttle body. Comp is all over 150 plus. Once i get to run it will idle but that's it.

Sorry, I forgot to post this on 6 banger thread's . No didnt pull codes , just vacuum gage on so far , that's steady 18 or so at idle. run's better with vacuum line off

Could it be the Trottle Position sensor? Either that or the MA sensor, i am pretty sure the MAP will throw a code. I know Autozone and Advance auto parts will check codes for free.
