Air intake
Hey I was just wondering if anyone has ever made their own air intake system for a 4.2? It doesn't seem too hard. I'm just curious. I didn't check older posts either so knowone needs to say anything about that! Thanks for the help!

i didnt make my own, but i just installed a mac intake last night. seems like if you are willing to take the time to fabricate the tube and are able to make everything air tight, then it shouldnt be that hard. i think that the time and money it would cost, you are just as well off buying one of the ebay kits or something that is designed for the truck. just my .02
