Could have solved brake problem!!!
Have been fighting a front end shake on 2001 f350 CC for past two months. Tried turning rotors,didn't work. Spent $300 for new front rotors and bearings still didn't work. Looking today even with spindle nut tightened to max still have up/down tire play. Isolated it to where the driver front spindle attaches to the Ball Joint. Was wonderring how hard it is to replace the camber insert? Do I have to take the front spindle all the way off or will the camber come out when the pinch bolt is removed? Would appreciate any advice.

dealer/allignment shops both use and air chisle/hammer to get the camber/caster bushing up and out... sounds like you upper ball joint is the culprit though.. you have to press them out of the knuckle.. id replace both while i had the knuckle off.. did mine last week.. each ball joint about $45
