tailgate.....

I was just wondering, how much do our tailgates weagh? My tailgate has no glass so I trying too get the wheaght minus glass.
Need this too figure shipping.

That thing is heavy, about 60 pounds empty. Truck freight is about $80 for a new one without the guts.

hmm so what do you think it would be with only no glass. I have a guy asking for and I'm thing truck freght through UPS.

With all the guts but no glass, I guess about 70-75 lbs. THe glass itself is close to 20# The oversize is what gets you to have to ship truck freight. UPS will "gorilla" packages all day long but not if they are too big!
