It means that the person's web site has had too many visitors for the day. Geocities limits the amount of bandwidth a site uses to keep it from being a resource hog.

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 10-Jun-02 AT 08:10 AM (EST)]I just seen one of your problems. In the site your thumb pictures are not thumb pictures they are still full size images. So it takes no time to max out the hour limit Something I did was made both thumb size and regular size.
