460 Idle problem. Please Help

460 Idle problem. Please Help
Yesterday my bronco started running rough. It is having a hard time holding idle. It wont die but runs rough.It feels like its not getting enough fuel. I cleaned the carb jets (edelbrock 750), fuel filter, verified good pressure from the fuel pump. Also if I try to adjust the timing (advanced or retarded) the motor will die.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Agent,
Put a vacuum gauge on it and see what it reads. You may have a vacuum leak of a valve not operating properly. Is there any unusual noise?
The other thing to check is the ignition system. Make sure all the ignition wires are good and the rotor and cap are not causing cross fire.
