That's correct. There are two phillips screws on the leading edge of the vent window frame, and one 7/16" bolt through the door metal holding it in which need to be removed.
On another note, when you pull the window out, there is a 4" long piece of loose weatherstripping at the top of the vent window and between the door frame. Don't let it fall it down inside the door.
