Well I got my truck back this weekend. New (used '01 V10 with 21K) engine is in and it drives great. I'm happy with it. The tech said he put the '01 intake manifold on and everything else including the PCM computer was from my old '99 V10. After about 10 miles the check engine light came on. I plan to take it back to the shop that just put in the engine, but I want to be informed. Does anyone have any info on the error code: "P1151 HO2S Bank 2 Sensor 1 Insufficient Switching Lean Mean". Thanks!

Someone else may come up with more info, but I believe that means it is not seeing the O2 sensor at all.
The O2 sensor puts out a sine-wave, going + and -. If the computer doesn't see the sine-wave, it thinks it's not "switching" ... which sounds like that error.
It may just be the wire fell off, or got ripped out, or just not reconnected at all. Check all O2 sensors, I'm not sure which bank is number 2.
