Pulling codes after warning is gone?

Pulling codes after warning is gone?

My "CHK SUSP" light was on for most of the day yesterday, and now that I've made the appointment for tomorrow to bring it in under warranty, the light went off. (I know, OF COURSE it went off). Will the dealership be able to pull a code based on what happened yesterday, or does the problem/notification need to be current?

They will still be able to retreive the stored codes. So no worries.

They might want you to pay inspection fee because they will say no problem was found. Do not accept this and get the Service Manger if you have to. Good luck and let us know.

I'd be curious either way. Just put the truck into 4LOW to see what would happen, and it raised up the inch or two the way it's supposed to. We'll know tomorrow.
