2001 Adjustable headrests

I have the 2001 F150 adjustable headrests Captains Chair seats in my SuperDuty as a special order (the SuperDuty Captains Chairs do not have adjustable headrests). I've now got these nifty new seat covers and I can't figure out how to remove the headrest so I can start the install. The head rests lift up click by click and there's a little button on one of the rails that must be pushed to retract them. I thought that holding the button in while I lifted on the headrest might let me remove it, but apparently not. I don't want to break anything, how do these remove?

There is a button the one other post also, but it doesn't stick out like the one for the adustment. I think you have to push both in (or just the hidden one) and then the headrest pulls out.
