I Am Stumped

i got this 87 bII and it runs and drives great... until it warms up. Once the temp climbs up to the normal zone it runs on like 4 cylinders and backfires and thumps. I cleaned the fuel rail, i replaced the injectors, i checked the coil, distrib, and the plugs and i cannot find the problem! Will someone please help me!!!
THANK YOU

The first thing to do is pull the codes, you have a problem once it goes into closed loop which indicates a sensor problem. See the tech info post for more info on pulling the eec-iv codes.

You might want to see if the fuel filter located on the frame underneath the drivers door has been changed . My 87 ran fine the first few minutes , then as I approached highway speed those symptoms would appear. I changed the filter out and no problems.
