Starting Problem

Well..thought the problem was solved...but its back. Seems as though when i turn the key it will only stay running if I'm holding it in the start position. As soon as I let go and its in the run position....it dies. (I repeat the start/run routine several times before it will stay running) When it finally did decide to stay running...it ran like crap for some long seconds and then cleared up. This is what I've done:
1. New dizzy
2. new (used) brain box
3. New fuel filter
4. New solenoid
And i know the coil is good....it works on my '90 5 Liter. yes, I'm running a TFI coil...works awesome...cleared up some misses I had before. Just seems to run and idle better...except for this latest problem. What else could be the problem??

Check the wiring harness that is behind the ignition swith...it might just be loose. I had the same problem and i just pushed the harnes closer to the switch and then it started fine...if that doesnt work you have a bad ignitions switch.
