'99 PowerStroke
Hi, I bought a '99 powerstroke last week for my '96 superduty. After I got home with it, I discovered that it will not be so easy to utilize this engine in my truck, as it has a much larger turbo, and requires a different wireing harness, intercooler, etc.. I have just decided to keep and rebuild the original engine.
I need to sell the '99 now to pay for the repairs on the '96. Can anyone tell me what the engine is worth on the market? It has 38,000 miles on it.
