Changing Headlight Bulbs!! HELP

I have a 99 f150 and realized that one of the front headlight bulbs was out. So i went to replace it, using the owners manual, and it isnt working out. The manual says to lift up on two tabs, which will release the headlight itself, then push it out completely. Well its not moving at all, and there isnt much room to avoid this step of replacing light bulb.

Can anyone help or give me a tip

Yes those tabs can be a real pain to pull up. Most times at work(they buy a lot of vans) i use pliers and pull-wiggle-pull some more- and be patient, they will come up. I don't know of a round about way to get to them

Tip them back slightly while pulling them up.

the tabs will come up , the pliers method suggested works, you can replace them without pulling the tabs but it is a major pain in the butt.
