89 302, disconnect what to check ignition timing with timing light??????????
I know all my older vehicles (65, 69 fords) i just pulled the vacum line to dist. With the computers, engine temp???, pull wires?????
Thing is just not running right, smooth but has as much get up and go as old vw beetle. No scanners handy, but was attempting to look for stretched timing chain. I know I haven't adjusted timing while I've owned it.
