Push Button 4x4 not working

Push Button 4x4 not working
Hi!
I just bought a 92 F 150 4x4.
The push button 4x4 works once in awhile. But not all the time.
When I push it, the battery needle drops, & I hear a click behind the glove box.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? I would appreciate any help!

Hi Dralo, fellow Minnesotan here. You are not likely to get an answer in this forum. Scroll down the main forum list screen to the Transmission, differential, axle, and transfer case forum and there will be a lot more people browsing down there that will likely be able to help you out with this sort of thing.
