i had a clutch put in my 91 ranger 3.0 ...after that i could hear noise ..like road noise more engine noise more trans noise...i took it back and they said they left off something that goes between the trans and the floor board.......that is supoised to keep the noise down....it was thrown away by mistake... they cant seem to find one to replace it with,,,does anyone know what this is called or where to get one ????? thanks for any help bruce

 

I would have the guys who threw it away find the new part and have them install it. Try the Ford dealer. They should be able to give you a part number. Also a wrecking yard might have something.
