57-60 dash panels
Hey all, I know Im not oblivious to these years but I was in Bob Drake to day and they had a dash panel for a 57-58 truck is that a different panel?? in the catalog it looks like a rectangle that covers the 5 holes but leaves the stars showing(on a 59/60)...weird looking but I am sure the 57-60 are the same panels.
Am I wrong??

You are not wrong.
1957-60 dash bezels are identical, except that '59 & '60 have a raised beaded edge around the star shapes, where '57-'58 do not.That picture is a mis-print. (looks like it may even be a Chevy?)
The gauges are also too close together. '57-'60 bezels have about 5/8" of "space" between the upper and lower gauge holes.

the dash was in the bob drake shop and in catalog and said for the 57-58 ford, it allows a new 3 3/8 speedo so the gauge packages they sell will fit the trucks
I thought I was about to lose my mind...thinking the 57/58 was different

Contact www.jbmicrofinish.com for a dash insert. He is prototyping some now. They can setup any gauge arrangement you want as each is one is custom made! Ask for 5 gauges, 6 gauges, or the new 5" multi gauges.
