well,
my day was going ok, I met the girl to check out her new car (02 Trans am in case u were wOndering) We left my 02 sit in a lot. after the joy ride we came back and after a reality check to say the least and me getting really ****ed off, we settled upon the fact that my truck is stolen.
The police are still looking, I am still moping. It's gone, she aint coming back, some lil punk is out wheeling at my expense.
I'll check in the morning, but i am surprised at how fast they did it. Makes me wOnder if i was targeted maybe... I left it locked for like 15 minutes. But i don;t know, i guess i just wanted to get that out. we'll see what tomorrow produces.
Procharger? That thing is gone for sure, sorry dude. At least you got the other one still, you might get lucky and the cops find it. I've of cops recovering vehicles days, weeks and even years after they were stolen. Friend of mine had his old chevy stolen, he was about to start looking for something else when the cops found it in one piece. He got to keep the new exhast system the criminals had put on it. All is not lost man, hang in there. -wb
I have to reply because it reminds me of a situation myself.......we have an old 83 suburban diesel, while I was up hunting with my brother last fall, old lady called me and said it was gone when she got ready to go to work, stolen, cops found it a week later no more than 3 blocks from our house where a street in our neighborhood dead ends in a cul-de-sac at the base of a hill next to a park.....nothing gone, nothing missing except a 3.99 schucks ice scraper...and 3.....THREE miles on the odometer...so maybe you'll get lucky too...BTW that suburban has brand new 33x10.5 BFG Mud terrains on it....didnt take em, just the ice scraper
I'm sorry.... It's a shame that, no matter the precautions taken, if some dirt bag wants your truck they'll find a way to take. Just hope the bad karma bites em in the a**!
Sorry to hear about your truck, I had a car stolen once, they drove it about 20 miles and then left it accross the street from where they found it. Hopefully you'll find it intacted.
Good thing you dont live in Corpus Christi, Texas. Went wheelin there last week. Some poor guys pick up was stolen and drivin into the gulf. After the tide buried it a bit, and the cops found it, too late. You can still see the roof sticking out the water. Bu it wont come out. Buried forever. Good thing you live inland.

I know the feeling, my chevy was stolen too. It was gone for two whole months. Then just as I was going to buy another one, the cops called me up and said they found my chevy in New Mexico. It is true that if a theif wants your wheels bad enough, they'll find away to take them. You just have to make it harder for them to take em'.
