Shawnee, Ks, is about twenty minutes southwest of KC. The link that Steve posted above should have directions and a map in there.

so if you do the mapquest thing, that should give you exact directions.

So it looks like it is safe to assume that the 20th is going to work for everyone. Well I guess it is on to the next step.

Jeff can you reserve the spot for us on the 20th? Once we get that nailed down we can start a roll call for the date and the food list. Remember this is my first time doing this so any help is appreciated and needed. Feel free to jump in and assist anytime.

Ok yes I will Set it up, I get a discount for living in Johnson County so we will save half off. I get the space for half a day if that is all we need. Will 3 pm to 10 pm be alright? $33.00 for half a day for (shelter 8). Let me know I will do it tomarrow.
