Tires???

Sorry to make a new post if there is one its a lot of pages to go thru. What size tires can I fit on my 1990 f-150 custom 4x4 ?
i'm looking at 31x 10.5's I'm pretty sure they will go with no mods. But I also have a good deal on a set of 265/75/15's . i'm not sure what they come out to in inches but they look like they would fit. any thing you guys got for me would be greatly appreciated. Where in the heck can i find aftermarket stuff for this sucker?? IE,, fender panels styling goodies ??

i ran 32x11.50x16 SSRs on my 81. they rubbed the radius arms and hit the top of the fenders in the front. it never did any serious damage. there are adjusters to keep the tires from hitting the arms. i don't know if they go out enough for a tire this big, but it worked on my 90 with 255/55R18

285/75/15 are 31.8 dia and 11.22 wide. Pretty close to a 32 x 11.50-15

be prepaared for a little different handling with the bigger tires(33s or bigger) you cant"feel" the road quite as well without upgrading to a superrrunner steerin kit from superlift.it changes the steering geometry.very expensive though.
