upper intake manifold
I took the air intake duct off the throttle body assembly and opened the throttle and looked inside the upper intake manifold. Their was alot of black stuff and it looked like it was starting to build up a little. Should I worry about this? If so, is there a cleaner I can spray in there or do I need to remove the upper intake manifold and clean it? Thanks. JD

Broncoroadkill is right. I did this to mine last year and actually had a noticable throttle response. Make sure to replace all gaskets. You may also want to replace the TPS since you have everything off.
