Mirror 98 Ford Ranger

Does anyone know a place to get a cheap side view mirror. Basically, I just need the mirror itsself. Every place I've looked, you have to get the whole assembly. Can't find one at a junk yard. Factory replacement is $93.

I once had a mirror replaced at a "glass & mirror" shop. They made a cardboard template to fit in the mirror housing, then cut out a mirror & "glued" it in. Best $20 deal around.
