We closed on our house today. Now I get to change the locks and fix the stuff that is wrong with it, but it makes it a little better when it's your house. I took a few pics today, of the outside, hopefully I get some of the inside up soon. The pics are 800 X 600, just to warn those of you with dial up.
I took your advice and checked this web site out. I thought it was pretty cool so I joined. Congrats on the new house I hope you really like it. Just thought that I would let you know that I looked you up. The guy from QT.
Congrats on getting your house. I bet your arm is really tired from all of the signing you had to do. Now its time to do all of the moving. When your ready to move the project get ahold of me. I will have the trailer ready.
Moving day! What a treat! I am moving my Grandma for the last two weeksÉ Well be done this Sunday. Lot of work but so worth it once all the dust settles. Keep on truckinÉ
It does, and yes I got it for a steal, we had about $14k in equity when we signed the paperwork. For those of you who have been through this before, you know what a disclosure is. There are no disclosures on file, therefore, I legally don't know about the stigma, and I don't have to disclose it when I sell either.
Most definately, thanks. I got the carpets cleaned today. We're gonna go fishing in the morning (found out that the homeowners association stocks it with catfish, well worth the $30 a quarter), and then give the rest of the house a good cleaning. That way we can start moving stuff in on sunday.
Dont know if I made my neighbors mad, but it seems everyone around me is selling their houses, neighbor to the west, neighbor to the east and two across the street are all for sale!
Deodorant check maybe???? lol
Congrats again on the home purchase! Hope the catfish are biting!
Unfortunatly not, Mark. It belongs to the neighbors. They do seem to enjoy working on cars though, so we have a common bond. Who knows, maybe I'll at least get to try it out sometime.
