Superchip
I'm looking to buy MR Bass's superchip that was in his 2000 F250 V-10 6sp. I plan to install it in my 99 F250 V-10 auto. I know I need to have this chip reprogramed because the different tranny. I called Superchips and they refered me to a local who said " I need to call superchips". Anyone want to enlighten me on this. Thanks Chris

You're going to find fewer and fewer Superchips dealers who want to fool with the chips anymore. They all want to do Microtuners instead. Superchips policies don't help either... they've dropped support for all custom programming. Another example is they wanted $200 to replace our programming hardware when it died.... we do so few Superchips chips that we decided to pass and don't handle their chips anymore. 99% of our chip demand is for Diablo Sport chips.
