from what i've read the 460 actually came in some car or the other in the 70's. not sure which one, but i'm sure i read it somewhere.
Ideally you should use something that looks like a beater. maybe a 80's LTD, preferably a old police cruiser. The only issure with using a bigblock in a car is that you may not have enough clearance above the engine, which would require a cowl hood. if you can get away with the clearance, it would make a for a hell of a sleeper.
