tonneau covers
Hello
Can someone help? I an looking for a soft tonneau cover with a flap in it to accomidate a fifth wheel hitch. I found only one site on the web but they no longer make the cover. Does anyone know where I can get one? We do alot of camping and the cover keeps the wood dry it wasn't a problem with the travel trailer but we just got a fifth wheel and we need a new cover Please Help.

I've never seen one like that anywhere. You might try contacting one of the companies that make soft tonneaus and see if they can custom make one for you. If not, you can buy tonneau material and have a shop make one for you.

Just buy a good quality cover like "Sportmaster" and take it to a boat cover or canvas shop in your area. They can put a velcro or zipped opening in the cover for the 5th wheel. You can also have the cover cut in front of the 5th wheel and put a zipper in it, then have them make a section that zips in and hangs verticaly to store stuff in front of the 5th wheel. Velcro to the inside of the bed or snaps if you hav a liner will keep it from flapping. You can also sew in magnets to hold it down. Then when you want the full cover just zip the back half on and go.

Thanks for the imfo was just hoping to be able to find one. There was a place called bear bed covers that use to make them but no longer do. You think it would have caught on with all of the camping going on.

I'd recommend peragon tops They fold out of the way and they lock up so you can cover your stuff without much worries. And, they are currently on sale...

Look at www.truckgadgets.com They sell 25 or 30 different covers so they may have something close to what you want.
