front axal change drivers side..
You need to raise the drivers side and support it, then remove the wheel, lock out hub, brake caliper, remove the axle bearing lock nuts, wheel bearing hub and brake rotor, spindle, then slide the axle right out and change the u-joint.
The spindle will more than likely be stuck. Spray it with penetrating oil and let it set a while. Also while you have it down, install a new spindle bearing, inspect and re-pack your wheel bearings, new grease seal on the back of the wheel bearing hub.
Its not a bad job, it sounds worse than it actually is.
