PRO COMPs 305/70/16

But I went for the Pro-Comps. 50,000 mile tread life warranty and these tires are made by Cooper Discover for Pro-Comps.

PRO COMPs 305/70/16
On the PRO COMPS, it says that Overall Width is 12.6" and Tread Width is 10.1" , I was confused about what this meant.
Because the BFG Section Width is 12.5.
Anyone know if the Pro-Comps I bought are smaller in Width?
