You will have to dissassemble the steering column.
Pull the steering wheel. Disconnect the blinker assembly gang plug and then loosen the two nuts in the face of the assembly. I know there is a C-clip in there somewhere but I don't remember which side of the blinker switch its on. Pull the blinker assembly up and off of the column. You should be able to see the light at that point. The bulb is the same as the dash lights which are the same as the marker bulbs in the front and rear fenders. I have left out a lot of detail, if you need more, ask.
