one more Quistion from new guy

Hey all, got one more quistion. not that I want or really need four wheel Drive but I would like My old truck to stand up just a few inchs higher . is there a way to do this with out Major change's I just Bought new tire's 235/85r16.(1971 3/4 360 auto c6 Ranger xlt) The New Guy. Got to start somewhere

They make lift kits in various models. I suppose you could adapt one to a 2wd version. The rear would be easy, just taller set of springs. The front....not too much you can do. If you try to raise it, the tires will tip out at the top. Don't think you can get much to adjust that.
