Brake controller pre-wired harness for 04?
Hi
We have just purchased a 2004 1/04 build
Excursion Powerstroke 4x4.
I am looking to see where I can purchase a
pre-wired harness for
Tekonsha Prodigy brake controller.
I have seen some on-line but they say
2000-2002 and I am not sure same wiring
schema apply to the 2004 excursion.
I tried searching but search function is disabled
due to high load.
We traded in a 02 Duramax Diesel and a
01 Mercedes on the truck and got X-plan
pricing. We love the color (Mineral Gray)
and the quietness of the interior.
If first impressions hold true, this one is a keeper

You should have the factory pigtail in your glovebox. Just hook it up to the pigtail that comes with the Prodigy.
If you want to pay extra for one that is already soldered, you can. Nothing on the X has changed since introduction in 2000 except the 6.0 and TorqShift. If it fits a 2000-2003, it fits a 2004.
