is your radiator the brass-copper design or a aluminum w/plastic tank?

Can you give any more clues on who made the one you have now?

If something fails more than once or twice in a row, I go to Ford for the replacement...their radiators also seem to be built quite a bit heavier than aftermarket.

Are you out of warranty with the one you have now? My radiator shop does USA parts and radiators.

Cheap and inexpensive are two different words.

Cheap is never inexpensive, it is just cheap.

well i dont know how much cheaper it was than a ford rad.but to recore the original it was about $300.00,the new rad was $250.00 and they had it on the shelf.would of had to wait about a week for the recore job.yes it is out of warr.just my luck!

Sounds about right price wise, but not for the product you got. I think mine was 225 for a USA radiator. Recore was less but tomorrow instead of today, I wanted mine yesterday.

Have fun in Memphis?
