Does anybody have any info on a 78 f250 suspension. My f250 looks like it has a slope in the front end, did they make some f250s with more beefed up springs than others in 77 78 79. All comments or answers are appreciated.

Not sure what years were included, but they did have a model called the "high boy" back mid seventies.
You may get more responses in the 73 to 79 Fseries forum.

Could your truck be a "camper special" ? I think those trucks had more spring in the rear.
