Need Some Help PLease!!

I have an 03' 6.0 and have had nothing but problems. I currently own a snowplow contracting company so my truck is very important to me. I have a 8'2 Boss V blade on my truck.
First and formost my EGR went just after about 100 miles and it took 2 times to get that fixed properly. Now let the fun begin. I have gone through 4 alternators in this truck. Finally the 4th one is the upgraded model and no problems as of YET! It is always nice to be out @ 4am and have your truck break down when you have $300,000 in plow contracts. So out of my own pocket I had to pay other people to complete my route or get sued. The problem was that ford wanted me to pay out of my own pocket the diffrance of $450.00 for the upgraded alternator. My reply was I am not paying for this as I bought a $40,000 truck for reliability and work, not to just drive around and look good. So at no charge they put the upgraded one in it. So I was out of my truck for 2 of the biggest snow days of the season, and they didnt even think of giving me a loaner to drive of equal value. So it gets better. The light goes on for water in the fuel so I go to the dealer to get it drained. After waiting 2 hours they call me in to tell me they stripped the hex nut and they had to order a new one so come back in a week and they will fix it. So I bit my lip and said okay. So last night it began snowing again so I went and put my plow on and before I hit the expressway, the emmissions light goes on and my truck bogs down. PERFECT! So on the phone again to help cover my contracts and paying out more contractors to cover me. So tomarrow I will be back in the shop for that, then again on thursday to fix the stripped nut. Enough is enough. I want a new truck! This is not reliable for me at all. Not only do I make the monthly payment, I pay everone else to do my work! Can someone help me out as to what the next step is for me? I have contacted the customer service dept. before and they have record of my conversation. Do I threaten them with a lawyer to get what I want?
I apologize If this thread is redundant, but this is my first post!

Response: No problem, I'll just deduct it from the documented losses I'm currently incurring due to this deffective product. Shall we persue this subject further, or do you simply want to take the recommendation that you withdraw your desire for the cost difference????

After waiting 2 hours they call me in to tell me they stripped the hex nut and they had to order a new one so come back in a week and they will fix it.
Response: So, now you tell me that I'm dealing with a technical service department manifesting negligent workmanship. Your staff is supposed to know how to remove a hex nut, for they are the ones with the technical training for which we as customers are expected to pay. This is getting to be quality-like-truck, with quality-like-service. This perception on my part, is not an unreasonable observation of what I've got going on here.

In closing, at your convenience, would you post a more detailed outline of your truck; mileage, modifications, ect.

Start a folder & keep very good records: names, times, comments, etc. This effort may be invaluable for you later.

My 03 6.0 is a XLT Sport FX4 supercab. It has 10,290 miles. No modifications. I figured it out that my truck is in the shop every, 1,200 miles.

Thank you for the response. When I call Customer service tomarrow I will use your quotes ver batem if you dont mind.

Tomarrow when I go to the dealership I need to request my service history. Hope they give it to me!
