egr removal
This is similar to the other post about the same topic, but how much vacuum advance should there be? I have a 400 in a 1982 F350. I will pick up the adjustable vacuum advance kit, just want to know where to set it.
Also, someone mentioned a post about all the things ford did to meet emissions. I could not find it. Can anyone else, or get that information to me??

Anyone?? I have purchased a 77 vacuum advance, and it is adjustable. I want to know where ot set it. Even if you can tell me how many counterclockwise turns from the stop to a starting point, that would be great...

I would also like to get the tuning specs for a pre-egr truck with a 400 and c6. Mine is 3 BTDC and 600 rpm. are they all like that?
