I've had a really bad "Miss" while I'm driving. In fact, it's to the point where my whole truck shakes. Then, when I'm sitting in park, I can rev it up to about 1200rpm, and the whole engine wobbles. Do you think that this could be a CPS problem?
******* dealer has already made me replace my tires...
Plus, they've replaced my harmonic balencer & Flywheel...
Just got it back yesterday, and I've still got the "Shakes".
I read a bunch of posts about the CPS problem, and how it might not show up on a diag...
Any ideas?
from what i have read and my own experience( my cps went out a few months ago) the truck will run fine and just die. no missfires or rough running . after it dies it may fire right back up and it may not. its was either fine or dead. hope this helps
Sounds more like a cylinder being out (injector goofy footin). Is it running like it is running out of power ? runnnnnn pffft, runnnnnnn pffft. Now there is some new lingo for y'all !
