Converter clutch error (E4OD)
This is the consistent code I keep getting. Have repl dist cap and rotor, ign module, egr valve, pcv valve, spk wires and fuel filter.
Runs great after warm up, but hesitates and sputters alot driving, loses alot of power with even a little hill. Goingf to check fuel pressure tomorrow, butr would appreciate any suggestions.

I changed the trans fluid and filter. The fluid was nasty, and I last changed it about 10K miles ago. I have done some towing, but it was well under the towing capacity for this engine/trans/ axle combination.
After warm-up, the engine runs GREAT, better than it has since I have had the vehicle. Try to drive it, though and it coughs and sputters and has little power. You have to flutter the throttle back and forth to get some speed up. One it is at 40 or so miles an hour it is fine until there is a hill.
