Transfer case question

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert a push button TC to a manual, or does the whole transfer case have to be replaced?

I am thinking more and more that the push button is not very desirable.

I think you have too change the t-case. You could drop in an NP208.

You could theoretically take the shift motor off and add the lever and linkage. The catch is that there is a magnetic clutch on the front driveshaft output.
