I have read several posts about boost pressure and I am still confused a bit. I have the diablo predator with gauges on my PSD. I don't have any other mods. I am planning on a new intake and larger diameter exhaust. Anyway, with the 60 and 80 HP programs, I am getting about 20 on the boost gauge when I punch it from a slow roll. Is this normal or should I expect more?
Stock about 17 psi.
Open element filter and bigger exhaust about 18 to 20 psi.
Chip in the upper 20's.
Injectors in the upper 30's.
Upgraded turbo in the 40's.
Twin turbos upwards of 60.
I can get over 30 on the 85 and 100 hp settings, and i get the dad gummed light everytime. I ran the diode and don't get the overboost condition anymore but rather an excessive backpressure code. I don't know how to fix that yet??

There's currently only one way I know of to permantely fix the exhaust backpressure light. SP Diesel. In the left hand menu click on "exhaust backpressure..."
For the record, the same valve that SP Diesel sells comes standard with the Powershot2000 propane system. Think of it as an incentive for considering propane.
on my truck before i made my intake, i would only get maybe 20 psi boost on the 60 hp program. When i make my intake, it bumped it up to about 22psi. I think it did that partly because of the intake letting in more air, but primarly because the stock intake was so restrictive (not the filter). I noticed that the intake snout was prety much up against some rubber under the hood, more then likely restricting the intake.
