I have a 2002 350 with Powerstroke diesel, 2 wd crewcab and I pull a 12000 pound 5th wheel trailer. I wish to install a Diablo Computer Chip in my truck and would like to know if anyone out there has done the same under similar conditions and what your results are. Thanks in advance

If you want some email addresses of similar owners, I'll let you know. I've got one individual who's purchasing his third PSD Diablo because he gained about 5 mpg with the 54 HP chip.
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 30-Jan-02 AT 09:33 AM (EST)]I have a Diablo, here in the thin air of Clolrado it made a world of difference. One very noticable difference is that it takes out the throttle delay when you punch it. And of course the speedo reads correctly for my 255x55x16 tires. I don't know about milage yet I have only had it a couple of week.
I have a '01 F250 w/ 5.4l. I tow a 16' enclosed aluminum snowmobile trailer. I notice slugish downshifting when trying to climb hills. Will a Diablo Chip help this problem?? Which Chip?
The chip will help with an automatic or manual. The horse power gains will be the same for both. As to the downshift problems, what is meant by sluggish downshift? Do you mean the shifts are slow once they start or are the shift points not satisfactory?
