Does anyone know a company that makes full length headers for a 94 f150? I have no emissions anymore and cant find headers besides dynomax, which I have and would not sugest purchasing. I need something with thick flanges so I wont blow header gaskets every two months.
there not to bad, i havent really measured them, but i have no problems with them leaking or blowing gaskets. i check them about every 3 months to see if the bolts loosen up but they stay good. i have been runnin them for a year now.
i got a pair for the 302 in my 84. Em are flowtech's made by holley. I only blew out one gasket in 3 years and that was the paper ones that came with the headers. Wouldnt suggest usin those. I replaced it with a copper one and no problems except the other day when I had to remove the passenger side header to swap the flexplate and put a new cardboard gasket on the passenger side. Now i got that annoying ticking sound of an exhaust leak. I reckon im gonna find me another copper one for the passenger side.
