question about 351m/400?
I have been running the 351m/400 in my older truck for a few years it was set up for racing, now i have another one, and ive always wandered why do they say on the valve cover 351m/400 which engine is it and whats the difference??

the line that says 351m/400 is the engine family, look on the next line down, and it will give the engine displacement

Other than the stroke (crank & pistons) the 351M and 400 are the same engine so they require the same emissions and calibration codes.
