question for jaye
first of all congrats for making it back home from over there i spent over a year of my life over in that region of the world before i retired.
now on to my question i think i have the same type of ranger seat that you do i was wondering how much room you have on each side of the seat and the doors? and how did ya mount it i am in the process of fixing all the rust on my cab so i havent had a chance to do any fitting of the seat

Fordgo,
I cut the original seat brackets off which was spot welded on, this left a track with two holes on each side. I enlarged the holes to 5/16. The brackets were made from 1 1/2" angle iron pieces. The height in the front is 6", the back is 5". The brackets are wider at the top which is 14" long, the bottom is 13" long. The back is squared the front is angled back. The distance from the edge of the cab to the seat brackets is 9".
