COP question

I washed my engine the other day,bad idea. Now # 6 has a misfire. I read here that I should pull the COP and blow out the hole. How can I do that working out of my house with out a air compressor? Any tricks? And when I replace the COP is there any difference between the $100 dealer part and the $50 parts house one? Also when I called the dealer he said that should blow all eight plug holes. Is that necessary or doing only #6 ok, I washed the engine about a month ago so I am guessing that water is in only #6. Thanks for all the help.

If it's been a month I'd think any residual water in the bore should have evaporated by now (assuming you've been driving it since #6 COP went bad). No reason to pay the extra $$$ at a dealeship, the aftermarket COP will work just as well (or bad) as the dealer item.

Good luck
