Well this is a major problem with me, when I role down the back window of my crew cab it sounds like a choper is in my truck, vibrates every thing, when the window is about 8 inches down the vibration is light, but when the window is all the way down it really shakes, any one have the same problem, and if they have fixed it then how? thanks alot,

Yes.
Stop rolling the window down.
Really now, crack your front windows a bit...It's the helicopter noise to my kids. They hate when I just open the rear two windows! Especially my daughters, as they sit in the 3rd seat. So, now I just do it when the boys are in the truck. it can get quite loud can't it? Vent visors may help. I can't remember. Mine are removed for the winter. (I have a bad habit of breaking them with the snow removal tools I use.)
I know that not rolling the window will solve the problem, I fixed a old lawn mower that had a loud noise when you ran it, i just did not run it, as a matter of fact it is in a old bridge foundation and very quiet, but has ford said anything about it, or how to fix it, I would hope that with a window that roles down should be able to role down, haha
I am not much for posting on msg boards, but I thought I would try to offer a little insight into this. I am afraid this is an aerodynamics problem not a manufacturing problem. I have had this happen on many different four door cars not just my beloved Fords. It must just be the way the air enters the rear windows and pushes forward into the empty front seating area.
I knew these superduty's were big ,but to get a chopper inside !
I just had to say it!
Now that i think about it my explorer did the same thing.
i just put my daughter in the back put the window all the way down
to mess up her hair.
I ended up installing those sheild thingers on the doors
like someone else already mentioned, they go above the window opening's
