n00b looking for advice.
Hi all.
I'm looking to get a "good" pickup, and looks like the F150 is what I'm after.
Looking at 2 94 F150's.
One is a 6cyl w/98,000 ~$7500
The other is a 5.0 V8 w/114,000 ~$6000
They are pretty much identical to me with the exception of the engine.
I'm not really planning on towing anything. Just for around the house kind of stuff... Lumber, Drywall, mulch, etc.
Any thoughts?

For your purposes they are identical trucks... so test drive both and pick the one that's cleaner, and has the least "ticks" in driveability.
Or the one's that cheaper, depending on your buying criteria.

You might check out the 6 cylender vs 8 cyl. thread down a bit. Both engines will do the job just fine IMO. If these trucks are 2wd then they are waayy overpriced. Check out Kelly Blue Book: http://kbb.com
