How much
I just have regular stock exhaust on a 2003 4.6L Expy, how much would it cost to move to a respectable dual? I am guessing i need a different connection to the Cat and then need to add another Cat plus some piping, I just need a ballpark figure.

All you need to do is buy yourself a Dynomax, Flowmaster, Magnaflow, or Gibson muffler and take it to a muffler shop and have them weld it on and run duals out the back. When you pick a muffler make sure it is a single in/dual out. Most shops will probably charge $150-200 for it. Don't go to Midas or Meineke, take it to a local mom & pop muffler shop.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to get a custom cat-back system if you want duals. I think the 03 Expy has some issues with the spare tire location. There is a couple places you can buy a nice single cat-back system. Check the Expy forum and see who is running a dual cat-back for that year. Later, Dan
