Tailgate Emblem

Does anyone know how to remove the "FORD" emblem on the late model truck's tailgate? I want to reuse it after a little body and paint work. The F250 comes off fairly well and has pins but the oval is in a sealed area.

im not sure how well this will work, but maybe try to use some fishing line to cut through the tape. good luck.

I've also heard to ad some WD-40 to loosen the adhesive.

Thanks to both of you. I used aircraft safety wire and WD 40 and it came off with no problem.
This post is better than any manual and everyone is always eager to help.
