I'll try to help, though it's been a while since I've been faced with the same issue as you're having. If I remember right, there's a question that you get asked whether or not you want to remain logged in if you exit. It might be part of the sign up process. I'd look for that the next time you log in.
I'm sorry I can't be of much help here, but alanscott, the moderator, will be able to answer your question when he reads your post.

I don't think that question is there anymore. On this board you are automatically "remembered" unless you select logoff when you leave.

I think the problem probably lies in your computer settings. It seems you are not allowing the FTE cookie.

It should be with your PC's cookies on your web browser. For IE, click on Tools, then Internet Options. Check your settings under the tab labeled Privacy. A slide setting of Medium should be OK. A setting of high will not let you auto log in.

The tab labeled Security should probably be OK without changes. Not recomended to fool with this for Internet icon; Java, Active X, ... unless moderator says too.

Check your FTE profile too under Edit Options to make sure you have the auto login radial button checked.

Alan will know for sure though.
